Return & Refund Policy

How to place a return request?

Step 1: Raise a return / replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery, if you’ve received wrong or expired product(s).

  • Please raise a request email (customercare@lavenour.com) or WhatsApp to us. (+91 98175-50858)
  • In case of damaged / missing product(s), raise a return / replacement request within 2 days from the date of delivery. We need a unboxing video or pictures to verify the issue.

    Step 2: We required at least 2 working days to review your return request.

    Step 3: After reviewing your return request, we will send our courier partner to pick up the products delivered to you.

    Step 4:If our reverse pickup service is not available in your area, please send the product back using any reliable courier service. We will reimburse the shipping costs to you through online payment method.

    Step 5: Once we receive your product(s), we will verify them against your claim and proceed with either a replacement or a refund. Please note that replacements are subject to stock availability.

    Under what conditions buyer can return / replace the product?

  • If buyer received wrong product.
  • If buyer received expired product.
  • If buyer received damaged product – Physical damage / tampered product or packaging
  • If buyer received incomplete order – missing products.

    Under what conditions return / replacement requests will not be accepted?

  • Opened / used / altered products.
  • Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, bubble wrap etc.) missing.
  • The return / replacement request is generated after 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The damaged / missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery.

    How are returns processed?

    After initiating a return request, we arrange for the pickup of the item. Within 5-7 business days of receiving your return request, our courier partners will collect the item. Subsequently, the item undergoes inspection by our quality control team upon its return to our warehouse. If it meets our quality standards, we then proceed to initiate a refund.

    Can I cancel my order?

    You can cancel your order by clicking the "Cancel" button on the order details page under the "My Account" section. Simply provide a reason for cancellation, and we'll handle the rest.

    **L'AVENOUR reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice to the customer. We may also verify any order before shipping, which could involve obtaining verbal or written confirmation from the customer.

    Note: Orders can only be cancelled while their status is "Ready to Ship".

    How will I get my refund for a cancelled or returned product?

  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the bank account within 7 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, customers need to provide their bank details to receive the refund.
